Description:

Elcolizer Tablets contain losartan, an angiotensin II receptor antagonist that relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow. It is used to treat high blood pressure and to protect the kidneys in type 2 diabetes.

Advantages and Disadvantages:

Advantages: Effective in lowering blood pressure. Protects kidney function in diabetic patients. Disadvantages: May cause dizziness or lightheadedness, especially after the first dose. Should not be used during pregnancy.

Usage:

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not chew or crush the tablet.
